The instructions are quite straightforward, but if it's the first time you install a custom watch face, you could miss a couple steps:
All of my watch faces are available on WearOS 3+ devices. This means that they won't run on Tizen and other OSes, they won't work on weird chinese smartwatches from Amazon or Aliexpress, they won't work directly on your smartphone or on a smartband and so on. A complete list of compatible models would be too long, but to summarize:
Short answer: no. Long answer: my watch faces are coded, crafted and designed exclusively for WearOS. Porting them to another OS is mostly impossible. BUT, if you want to do so, I can share my assets with you and we could cooperate. I simply don't have enough time to do it myself.
As I wrote above, most of the watch faces are designed for WearOS 3 and above, so if you still have an old WearOS 2 smartwatch (WearOS 2 was released back in 2018!), it sucks but I can't support it, you need a newer model to enjoy my watch faces :(
The inability to customize pretty complex watch faces on the phone is a known bug on Google and Samsung's side, they know that but still they didn't fix it. A workaround until then is to customize the watch face through the watch itself, just long press on it and tap on the customize button! On my side, I have 2 options: remove a lot of customizable elements, or deal with this problem.
My guess is that you bought the watch face using a Google account which is not the one you entered in the smartwatch. This may happen if you have more than one account, and the solution is to switch to the correct account. Another way is to buy the watchface on the watch and refund it on the phone connected with the other account.
You can easily fix this by selecting another watch face and setting mine again, or checking the watch face permissions. If the issue persists, send me an email. But there's not much I can do.
Go ahead but please keep in mind that I have a lot of watch faces to maintain and very limited free time, so please be patient. Also, please note that there are thing that simply aren't possible. Regarding a full watch face request, I'm open to it, but I can't promise anything.
The measuging units are chosen automatically and are not manually selectable (at the moment, this may change in the future). The date format and the temperature unit depend on the location, the 12/24 hours format and the distance unit from the language. This may change across watch faces.
